Bertie has excellent size, scale and shape giving him great stud presence. He was an exceptionally fast maturing ram, with soft medium wool.

Bertie had great success on the show circuit with his achievements consisting of 2007 Australian Champion All-Purpose Ram at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show, Bendigo, and 2007 Riverina Ram of the Year.

Bertie was the top priced ram at the Dubbo National Sale in 2007. He was purchased by Cam, Winks and James Armstrong of Cassilis Park stud, Cassilis for $14,750.
